The Tinh Loi Garment Factory 3 – Phase 1B project is located in the Nguyen Giap Industrial Cluster, Nguyen Giap Commune, Hai Phong City. The project is invested by Tinh Loi Garment Co., Ltd., a member of Crystal Group (Hong Kong), with a total investment of approximately USD 35 million.

Phase 1B of the Tinh Loi Garment Factory 3 is developed on a land area of 100,000 m², with an expected production capacity of 39 million products per year. The project commenced on November 11, 2025, and is expected to be completed by the end of Q2/2026.

The Tinh Loi Garment Factory 3 project consists of two phases (1A and 1B) with a total investment of USD 70 million, of which Phase 1A has been completed and is already in operation.
