The Lotte Eco Smart City Thu Thiem Project is located in Functional Subdivision 2A, Thu Thiem New Urban Area, An Khanh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City. The project is jointly invested in by a consortium comprising Lotte Group and Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corporation, with a total investment of approximately VND 60,000 billion (USD 2,320 million).

The project covers a land area of 74,513.4 m², comprising six adjacent land plots, and is being developed into a multifunctional urban complex featuring Grade A office towers, a shopping and retail center, service facilities, accommodation, residential units, and public spaces. Among these, the two commercial-service and office buildings on plots 2-1 and 2-3, developed by Phat Dat, have a total gross floor area of approximately 219,722 m².

The main project is scheduled to resume construction on October 23, 2026. The two buildings on plots 2-1 and 2-3 are expected to take approximately three years to construct from the groundbreaking date. The official completion date for the entire project has not yet been announced.
