The Furniture and Construction Manufacturing Plant Project is located in Hung Thuan Commune, Tay Ninh Province, with AA Tay Ninh Architecture and Construction Joint Stock Company serving as the Project Owner.

The project covers a land area of 438,000 m² (43.8 hectares) and includes manufacturing facilities, a workers’ canteen, and a five-storey dormitory with a capacity of approximately 750 people.

The project was officially launched on October 14, 2026, and is expected to be completed in 2027.
