The NPOIL Vietnam Manufacturing – Filling – Packaging Plant for lubricants and grease is located in Duc Hoa Dong Industrial Cluster (My Hanh Commune), Tay Ninh Province, and is developed by NPOIL Vietnam Joint Stock Company (NPOIL JSC).

The project will produce engine/utility lubricants, transmission oils, grease products, and a variety of filled and packaged products (bottles, containers, drums) with an initial target capacity of approximately 1,200–1,500 tons of products per month.

The project commenced construction on November 21, 2025, and is expected to be completed in 2026.
