The Social Housing Project for the Armed Forces and People’s Public Security is located within the Starlake Tay Ho Tay Urban Area, Hanoi, with Lac Hong Investment Joint Stock Company serving as the Investor.

The project covers a land area of approximately 21,900 m² and comprises two main building blocks: a 35-storey social housing tower with three basement levels and a 40-storey commercial housing tower with five basement levels. The project has a total gross floor area of nearly 483,000 m².

The project broke ground in Q2 2026 and is scheduled for completion in 2029.
