The Phase 2 Commercial Housing Project, located on Plot N01A in Tu Hiep New Urban Area, Yen So Ward, Hanoi City, is invested in by Tu Hiep Hong Ha Petroleum Joint Stock Company, with a construction contract value of nearly VND 1,700 billion (approximately USD 68 million).

The project covers a land area of 18,929 m² and comprises one 34-storey tower with 2 basement levels, providing 1,280 apartments, with a total gross floor area of approximately 178,950.8 m², excluding basement floor area.

The project officially broke ground on October 19, 2026, and is expected to be completed in 2029.
