The CIC Luxury Commercial Center – Hotel Project is located at Residential Group 16 Minh Khai, Minh Khai Ward, Hà Giang City, Hà Giang Province, and is developed by CIC Investment Joint Stock Company (CIC Invest).

The project is implemented on a land area of 8,805 m², consisting of a Commercial Center – Hotel (including 6 above-ground floors and 1 basement, with a total floor area of 5,475 m²) and 58 shophouses.

The Commercial Center – Hotel component commenced construction on November 27, 2025, and is expected to be completed in 2027.
