The Hano-Phavico Plant No. 2 Project is located in Yen My II Industrial Park, Yen My Commune, Yen My District, Hung Yen, invested by Hanoi Feed Joint Stock Company and Phavico Feed Joint Stock Company, with a total investment of 400 billion VND.

The project is developed on a 2.5-hectare site, with a production capacity of 40,000 tons of animal feed per year; the total company capacity after completion will exceed 500,000 tons per year.

The project announced its contractor on November 28, 2025 and is expected to be completed by the end of 2026.
