The Saint Mary Light Project is located at 86 TC01 Street, Thoi Hoa Ward, Ben Cat City, Binh Duong Province, and is developed by Tran Anh Binh Duong Trading Joint Stock Company.

The project consists of 19 above-ground floors and 2 basement levels, providing 612 apartment units, 8 shophouses, and 9 commercial townhouses, with a total construction floor area of 61,145 m².

The project commenced construction on December 8, 2025, and is expected to be completed in 2027.
