The Hong Loan 5C Social Housing Project is located in the Hong Loan 5C Residential Area, Hung Thanh Ward, Cai Rang District, Can Tho City, and is developed by Hong Loan Real Estate – Construction – Trading Joint Stock Company.

The project is developed on a land area of 23,931 m², consisting of three residential blocks (Block A, Block B, and Block C), each 9 storeys high. The project provides a total of 1,063 apartment units with a total construction floor area of approximately 86,406 m², along with infrastructure and internal traffic systems.

Block A, comprising 420 apartment units, is expected to commence construction on December 19, 2025 and be completed in 2027. Block B (232 units) and Block C (384 units) have already been handed over and put into use.
