The An Hung Apartment Social Housing Project is part of the Cat Tuong Phu Hung Landscape Complex Urban Area, located in Tien Hung Commune, Dong Xoai City, Dong Nai Province, and is invested by Cat Tuong Real Estate Group Joint Stock Company.

The project is developed on a land area of approximately 10 hectares, with a construction density of 28.7%, comprising 17 buildings of 8 floors, expected to supply 2,522 apartment units.

The project commenced construction on December 7, 2025, and the completion timeline has not yet been announced.
