The Social Housing Project, which is part of the Eastern Urban Area Project located in Zone E of the An Van Duong New Urban Area, along Thuy Duong Road, Hue City, is developed by a consortium of IUC Group Joint Stock Company and Nam Me Kong Group Joint Stock Company, with a total investment capital of approximately VND 634 billion.

The project is implemented on a land area of 16,622 square meters and will provide 600 social housing apartment units.

The project officially broke ground on December 19, 2025, and is expected to be completed in 2027.
