The Tokyu Residences Serviced Apartment and Convention Center Project (Thera Home Apartment Tower) is located in Thanh Thuy Commune, Phu Tho Province and is invested in by the Onsen Fuji Group.

The Thera Home Apartment Tower is planned to comprise 26 floors with 926 apartments built to high-end therapeutic standards, forming part of the Lynn Times Thanh Thuy International Convention Center, Hotel, and Resort Villa Complex. The project is operated under a comprehensive healthcare model, providing 24/7 medical services, and integrating natural hot mineral springs, modern medicine, and holistic wellness therapies.

The project broke ground on December 19, 2025, and is expected to be completed by the end of 2027.
