The Phase 2 of the Xinao Textiles High-End Yarn Manufacturing Plant Project is located at Lot B11.1, C4 Road, Thanh Thanh Cong Industrial Park, An Hoa Ward, Trang Bang Town, Tay Ninh Province, and is invested in by Xinao Textiles (Vietnam) Co., Ltd.

The project is developed on a land area of 6.5 hectares, with the objective of expanding and completing the production factory system for yarn and textile products, with a total gross floor area of approximately 75,000 m².

Phase 2 officially broke ground on December 16, 2025, and is expected to be completed by the end of 2026.
