The Gainwell high-end indoor and outdoor furniture manufacturing factory project is located at Lot B3.04, Nhon Hoi Industrial Park – Zone A, Nhon Hoi Economic Zone, Gia Lai Province. The project is invested by Gainwell Wood Vietnam Company Limited, a member of Gainwell Group (Hong Kong), with a total investment capital of VND 280 billion (approximately USD 10 million).

The project is implemented on a land area of 55,852 square meters, with a designed capacity of 800,000 products per year. Its main components include high-end indoor and outdoor furniture manufacturing workshops, production and assembly areas, and supporting auxiliary facilities.

The project officially broke ground on December 25, 2025, and is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2027.
