The An Tay Integrated Project is located in Tay Nam Ward and Phu An Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, and is invested in by Sun Group, with a total investment of VND 51,160 billion (over USD 2 billion).

This is a mega urban–port development project implemented on a total land area of 724 hectares, comprising three modern urban areas: Dong An Tay Urban Area (288 ha), Bac An Tay Urban Area (70 ha), and Tay An Tay Urban Area (268 ha), along with the An Tay General Port (97.5 ha), which includes a cargo port, passenger port, and marina.

The project officially broke ground on December 19, 2025, and the completion timeline has not yet been announced.
