The Social Housing Project within the Thanh Thanh Cong Residential Area (TTC Residential Area) is located in An Quoi Quarter, Trang Bang Ward, Tay Ninh Province, and is invested in by Thanh Thanh Cong Industrial Zone Joint Stock Company (TTC IZ), with a total investment of approximately VND 800 billion (nearly USD 30 million).

The project is developed on a land area of 3.9 hectares, comprising four buildings with 15 above-ground floors, and will provide 1,130 social housing apartments, with a total gross floor area of approximately 80,000 m².

The project broke ground on December 25, 2025, and is expected to be completed in 2028.
