The Diamond Sky High-End Apartment & Shopping Center Project is located on the frontage of National Highway 13, Hiep Binh Phuoc Ward, Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City, and is invested by Van Phuc Group.

The project is developed on a land area of 17,581 m², with a 40% construction density. It comprises two towers with 18–20 above-ground floors and two basement levels, providing 296 high-end apartments, 7 shophouses, and penthouses. In addition, the project includes a service operation zone, with a total gross floor area of 50,982 m².

The project officially broke ground on January 8, 2026, and is expected to be completed by the end of 2028.
