The Housing Project for the People’s Public Security Forces is located at Lots C2 and D1, within the 28-hectare residential area, Hiep Phuoc Commune, Ho Chi Minh City, and is invested by Pearl Land Joint Stock Company.

The project is developed on a 15,693-square-meter land area, providing 1,000 apartments. This housing project for the public security forces in Hiep Phuoc Commune is one of the first two projects in Ho Chi Minh City implemented under Resolution No. 201/2025/QH15 of the National Assembly and Decree No. 192/2025/ND-CP of the Government on piloting special mechanisms and policies for social housing development.

The project officially broke ground on December 12, 2025, and is expected to be completed by the end of 2027.
