The Dong A Social Housing Construction Investment Project is located in Tan Thanh Ward, Ca Mau Province. The project is developed by Dong A Golden Square Joint Stock Company, a member of the Alphanam Group ecosystem, with a total investment of VND 797 billion (approximately USD 29.5 million).

The project is planned to be implemented on a land area of 26,545 square meters, featuring a scale of two 11-storey buildings, providing 788 social housing apartments.

The project officially broke ground on December 19, 2025, and is expected to be completed in 2028.
