The Evergreen Estate Project is located in Dong Kinh Ward, Lang Son City, Lang Son Province. The project is developed by Yen Son Urban Development Company Limited, a member of Global Property Investment Joint Stock Company (GP.Invest), with a total investment of VND 3,500 billion (approximately USD 129.6 million).

The project is implemented on a total land area of 37.44 hectares, providing 549 villas, garden houses, and shophouses. Evergreen Estate is the first project in Vietnam and a pioneer in Southeast Asia to pursue the LEED for Communities (LfC) certification.

The project broke ground in January 2026, with Phase 1 expected to be completed in 2028.
