The two social housing projects are located in Phuoc An Commune, Dong Nai Province, and are developed by a joint venture between Electrical & Plumbing Construction and Installation Joint Stock Company and Hanoi Construction Corporation – JSC, with a total investment of VND 2,300 billion (approximately USD 85 million).

The projects are implemented on two land plots with areas of 2.1 hectares and 3.7 hectares, featuring 12-storey residential buildings that will provide approximately 3,000 social housing apartments for workers, laborers, and low-income residents.

The projects broke ground on January 15, 2026, and are expected to be handed over from Q2 2027 to Q1 2028.
