The Asian International School Project is located on Nguyen Hong Anh Street, Lot A3-2, Nam Cau Cam Le Residential Area, Hoa Xuan Ward, Da Nang City. The project is developed by Asian International Education Group (GAIE), with a total investment of VND 3,687 billion (USD 136 million).

The project is implemented on a land area of over 20,000 m², with a scale of three building blocks. Its objective is to educate up to 10,000 students under a dual-curriculum model, combining the Vietnamese national curriculum with U.S.-standard international programs (AERO, CCSS, AP). The total gross floor area is 40,855 m².

The project broke ground on January 21, 2026, and is expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2027.
