The High-Precision Printed Circuit Board Manufacturing Plant Project (Red Board) is located at Lot CN.05, Kim Bang I Industrial Park, Kim Bang Town, Ha Nam Province (now Ninh Binh Province). The project is invested by Red Board Technology (Vietnam) Co., Ltd., with a total investment of VND 2,970 billion (USD 110 million).

The project is implemented on a land area of 98,850 m² and is expected to supply 260 million products per year.

Construction of the project commenced on January 12, 2026, and it is scheduled for completion in the first quarter of 2027.
