The Vinpearl Bai Tre Golf Course Project is located on Hon Tre Island, part of Vinpearl’s premier resort area in Nha Trang Bay, Khanh Hoa Province, and is invested by Vinpearl Joint Stock Company.

The project comprises a 19-hole golf course, designed by Kyle Phillips, a world-renowned architect specializing in links-style golf courses, along with a clubhouse serving golfers, covering a total area of over 100 hectares. This is the first golf course in Vietnam developed on “Top Cliff” terrain—coastal cliff formations facing directly toward the ocean—offering panoramic views of Nha Trang Bay.

The project broke ground on January 19, 2026, and is expected to commence operations by the end of 2027.
