Implementation of Healthcare Projects at Tan Kien Medical Complex, Ho Chi Minh City

The healthcare projects are located at the Tan Kien Medical Complex, Binh Chanh District, Ho Chi Minh City, and are developed by the Ho Chi Minh City Civil and Industrial Construction Investment Project Management Board. The projects broke ground on January 15, 2026, and are expected to be completed by the end of 2028. Details are as follows:

  • Blood Bank Project: total investment of VND 700 billion, comprising one building of 9 above-ground floors and 1 basement level, with a total gross floor area of 25,894 m².
  • City Laboratory Accreditation and Standardization Center Project: total investment of VND 450 billion, comprising one 10-storey building, with a total gross floor area of approximately 19,869 m².
  • Emergency Center 115 – Facility No. 2 Project: total investment of VND 250 billion, with a total gross floor area of approximately 12,000 m².
