The Tien Lang 1 Industrial Park Project is located in Hung Thang Commune, Tien Lang District, Hai Phong City. The project is developed by Asia–Pacific Sustainable Green Development Joint Stock Company, with a total investment of approximately VND 13,061 billion (around USD 500 million).

The project is implemented on a land area of approximately 5,967,000 m², comprising factory zones, warehouse areas, and integrated technical infrastructure. It is designed to serve high-tech manufacturing, supporting industries, and clean industries, providing modern industrial park land and infrastructure, with an estimated total gross floor area of over 3,000,000 m².

The project is scheduled to break ground on January 15, 2026, with infrastructure completion and initial operation expected from 2028.
