The AEON Mall Hoa Xuan Project is located on a public urban service land parcel within the Sports, Entertainment, and Commercial Complex, Hoa Xuan Ward, Da Nang City. The project is invested by Ha Long Production Development Investment Co., Ltd., with a total investment of approximately VND 4,663 billion (USD 190 million).

The project will be developed on a land area of 128,917 m², with a project scale comprising 01 shopping mall block of 5 above-ground floors, 01 rooftop (technical) floor, and 01 basement level, providing an integrated commercial – service – entertainment complex with a total gross floor area of over 145,970 m² (of which the basement area is approximately 28,835 m²).

The project is expected to break ground in early 2026 and be completed and put into operation during 2028–2029.
