The Bai Dat Do Mixed-Use Urban Area Project is located in the Bai Dat Do area, Phu Quoc SEZ, An Giang Province, and is developed by Sun Group, with a total investment of approximately VND 64,000 billion (equivalent to around USD 2.6–2.7 billion).

The project is developed on a land area of approximately 884,000 m², comprising about 15 hotel towers and high-rise service facilities, with an average height of 25–40 above-ground floors and 2–3 basement levels, providing nearly 6,500 hotel rooms along with commercial, service, and event functions, and a total planned gross floor area of over 2,000,000 m².

The project was groundbroken on January 28, 2026, and its main phase is scheduled to be completed and put into operation from 2027, serving the APEC 2027 High-Level Week and supporting the long-term development orientation of Phu Quoc SEZ.
