The Eco Retreat Project – Subdivision 5-3 is located in Tay Ninh Province and is developed by DB Investment and Development Co., Ltd. (DB Group), with a total investment of approximately VND 3,000 billion (equivalent to USD 120 million).

The project comprises four towers rising 41 above-ground floors with 2–3 basement levels, providing high-rise residential apartments within the Eco Retreat eco-urban complex. This subdivision is also one of the tallest high-rise developments within the Eco Retreat mega project.

The project broke ground on January 30, 2026, and the expected completion timeline has not yet been announced.
