The Thuan Loi High-Tech Livestock Farming Zone Project is located in Thuan Loi Commune, Dong Nai Province, and is managed and implemented by the Dong Nai Provincial People’s Committee, with a total investment of approximately VND 30,500 billion (equivalent to about USD 1.2 billion).

The project is developed on a land area of approximately 1,500 hectares, comprising livestock farming, crop cultivation, processing facilities, and integrated technical infrastructure under a high-tech agricultural model. It will provide a closed-loop agricultural production chain, with a total gross floor area and technical works exceeding 3,000,000 m².

The project broke ground on February 3, 2026, and is scheduled for full completion and operation in Q2 2029.
