The Nam Thang Binh Industrial Park – Sub-zone B Project is located in Thang Dien Commune and Thang Truong Commune, Da Nang City, and is invested by Nam Thang Binh Industrial Park Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company — an enterprise within the BIN Corporation ecosystem — with a total investment of VND 3,373 billion (USD 128 million).

The project is developed on a 346-hectare site, focusing on the construction of synchronous and modern technical infrastructure, with the orientation to attract manufacturing and technology industries.

The project was officially groundbreaking on December 19, 2025, and is expected to be implemented over a five-year construction period.
