The Thu Lam Multi-Purpose Urban Area Project is located in Thu Lam Commune and Dong Anh Commune, Dong Anh District, Hanoi. The project is developed by a consortium of HANDICO and Sunshine Group, with a total investment of approximately VND 60,558 billion (around USD 2.5 billion).

The project is implemented on a land area of approximately 696 hectares, featuring a compact, multi-functional urban development model that includes residential areas, commercial and service facilities, public buildings, educational facilities, technical infrastructure, and green spaces.

The project was groundbreaking on February 2, 2026, and is planned for long-term, multi-phase development, aligned with the sustainable urban development strategy for the northern area of the capital.
