The project is implemented on a land area of nearly 6 hectares, comprising 12 towers of 40 above-ground floors and 3 basement levels, developing a high-end Branded Residences complex with a synchronized system of 5-star amenities.

The project was officially groundbroken on March 2, 2026, and the completion timeline has not yet been announced.
