The My Thai Industrial Park Infrastructure Project is located in My Thai Commune, Bac Ninh Province, and is developed by Viet Uc Steel Joint Stock Company as the investor, with a total investment of nearly VND 1,900 billion (approximately USD 75 million).

The project is implemented on a land area of 159.97 hectares, comprising a synchronized technical infrastructure system, including internal roads, power supply, water supply and drainage systems, centralized wastewater treatment facilities, warehouse areas, and supporting utilities.

The project officially broke ground on March 3, 2026, and is expected to be completed in phases (with Phase 1 covering 50 hectares).
