Preparation for the Implementation of the Ring Road 4 Project – Southeast Region in Ho Chi Minh City and Neighboring Provinces

The Ring Road 4 Project – Southeast Region is located across Ho Chi Minh City, Dong Nai, Binh Duong, Ba Ria – Vung Tau, and Tay Ninh, implemented through coordination among the People’s Committees of the localities under a mechanism approved by the National Assembly, with a total investment of approximately VND 120,412 billion (around USD 4.8 billion).

The project will be developed with a total length of approximately 207 km. Phase 1 includes a four-lane expressway with a design speed of around 100 km/h (planned to be expanded to eight lanes in the completed phase), along with a synchronized system of parallel roads, interchanges, and supporting infrastructure works.

Phase 1 is expected to commence construction in mid-2026 and be completed in 2028.
