The MIC Tower – Mixed-Use Commercial, Office and Residential Complex Project is located at No. 54 To Huu Street, Trung Van Ward, Nam Tu Liem District, Hanoi, and is developed by Military Petrochemical Joint Stock Company (MIPEC) as the investor, with a total investment of approximately VND 3,200 billion (about USD 125 million).

The project is implemented on a site area of 7,715 m², comprising one tower of 42 above-ground floors and 3 basement levels, providing a mixed-use complex including a shopping mall, office space, and residential apartments, with a total gross floor area of approximately 123,573 m².

The project commenced construction in early 2026 and is expected to be completed in 2028.
