The Bac Song Cam Education Complex project is located at Lot I.16, Bac Song Cam New Urban Area, Hai Phong City, and is developed by EQuest Education Group.

The project is implemented on a land area of approximately 71,559 m², comprising a complex of educational buildings, lecture halls, an integrated K–12 school system, university facilities, and supporting infrastructure, providing a comprehensive education ecosystem from primary and secondary education to university level, with a training capacity of approximately 20,000 students.

The project broke ground on March 12, 2026, and is expected to be completed and put into operation between 2028 and 2030.
