The Thang Long Thanh Hoa Industrial Park Project is located in Dong Quang Ward and Dong Tien Commune, Thanh Hoa Province, developed by Sumitomo Corporation (Thang Long Thanh Hoa Industrial Park Co., Ltd.) with a total investment of approximately VND 2,917 billion (around USD 115.8 million).

The project is being implemented on a land area of approximately 167 hectares, featuring a synchronized industrial park infrastructure system, industrial land plots for lease, technical zones, and supporting facilities. It will provide land for the development of high-tech industries, electronics, precision engineering, and supporting industries.

The project was groundbroken on March 11, 2026, and is expected to be completed and put into operation during the 2027–2028 period.
