The UOA Parc Tower Project is located at 72 Vo Thi Sau Street, Tan Dinh Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, and is developed by UOA Group, with a total investment of approximately USD 120 million.

The project is being developed on a land area of approximately 2,000 m², comprising 01 tower of approximately 21 above-ground floors and 03 basement levels, providing office space for lease of approximately 14,000 – 20,000 m².

The project was commenced on March 16, 2026, and is expected to be completed in Q2 2028.
