The River Collection Project is located in Bien Hoa Ward, Bien Hoa City, Dong Nai Province, and is developed by An Gia Group as the Project Investor, with a total investment of more than VND 1,400 billion (~USD 55 million).

The project is being developed on a 9,300 m² site, comprising two residential towers with 30 above-ground floors and 2 basement levels, providing approximately 900–1,000 high-end residential units, including 1–3 bedroom apartments, sky villas and officetels. The project has a total gross floor area of approximately 77,000 m².

The project officially broke ground on the underground works on September 9, 2026, and is expected to be completed and handed over during 2029–2030.
