The Phuc Long Resettlement and Social Housing Project is located in Long Cang Commune, Tay Ninh Province, developed by Phuc Long Investment and Construction Co., Ltd., with a total investment of approximately VND 3,890 billion (around USD 160 million).

The project is being implemented on a site area of approximately 102 hectares, comprising low-rise housing areas and social housing blocks, providing about 3,073 resettlement land plots and nearly 2,900 housing units (including 2,317 social housing units and 610 commercial units).

The project was groundbroken on March 21, 2026, and is expected to be developed in phases.
