The Parc Regent ParkCity Project (CH03 Plot) is located along Le Trong Tan Street, Duong Noi Ward, Ha Dong District, Hanoi. The project is developed by Vietnam International Township Development Joint Stock Company (VIDC), with a total investment of approximately VND 1,300 billion (around USD 53 million).

The project is developed on a land area of nearly 13,000 m², comprising 03 residential towers with a maximum height of 24 above-ground floors (with a 4-story podium), providing more than 300 apartments, with a total gross floor area of over 100,000 m².

The project officially broke ground on March 24, 2026 and the expected completion date has not yet been announced.
