The Bau Va (Eco Hill) Social Housing Project is located in Thuy Xuan Ward, Hue City. The project is developed by F1 Homes Joint Stock Company, with a total investment of approximately VND 530 billion (around USD 21–22 million).

The project is developed on a land area of approximately 8,674 m², comprising high-rise social housing blocks, providing around 454 apartments.

The project officially broke ground on March 26, 2026 and the expected completion date has not yet been announced.
