The Phu Cu Waste-to-Energy Plant Project is located in Doan Dao Commune, Phu Cu District, Hung Yen Province, and is developed by Thien Y – Huy Anh Environmental Energy Joint Stock Company (a member of CNTY – EUZY Group) as the Investor, with a total investment of approximately VND 4,000 billion (USD 160 million).

The project is implemented on a land area of approximately 7 hectares, comprising a municipal solid waste treatment plant combined with power generation and auxiliary facilities, with a waste treatment capacity of about 1,600 tons/day and a power generation capacity of approximately 40 MW.

The project was groundbroken on March 6, 2026, and is expected to be completed and put into operation in Q2/2027.
