The VHU30 Practice Building Project – Van Hien University is located at HungHau Campus in Ho Chi Minh City and is developed by Van Hien University.

The project is implemented at a scale of a building with 15 above-ground floors and 2 basement levels, providing practice, laboratory, and professional simulation spaces, with a total gross floor area of approximately 46,000 m².

The project officially broke ground on March 28, 2026, while the expected completion date has not yet been announced.
