The River Collection Project is located on Bui Huu Nghia Street, Hoa An Ward, Bien Hoa City, Dong Nai Province. The project is developed by An Gia Investment and Development Joint Stock Company, with Dream Home Hoa An Co., Ltd. as the Investor, with a total investment of approximately VND 1,352 billion (USD 55 million).

The project is implemented on a land area of approximately 9,300 m², comprising 2 apartment towers of 30 storeys and 2 basement levels, providing around 1,000 condominium units, shophouses, and internal amenities, with a total gross floor area of approximately 77,000 m².

The project was officially groundbroken on March 30, 2026. The expected completion date has not yet been announced.
