The My Dinh Pearl – Phase 3 (Pearl 3) project is located in the My Dinh area, Nam Tu Liem District, Hanoi, and is developed by Petrovietnam Real Estate Joint Stock Company (SSG Group).

The project is developed on a land area of approximately 3.8 hectares, comprising one 38-story tower and 2 interconnected basement levels, offering high-end apartments integrated with a full range of amenities (commercial areas, healthcare, spa, yoga, swimming pool, community spaces, etc.).

The project was groundbroken on April 7, 2026, while the completion timeline has not yet been announced.
