The Coastal Quang Ngai Project is located in Tu Nghia Commune, Quang Ngai Province, developed by NHSLAND Real Estate Investment and Business Co., Ltd. as the Investor, with a total investment of approximately VND 7,100 billion (USD 280 million).

The project is developed on a site area of approximately 94 hectares, comprising an eco-urban township with a product mix of 376 townhouses, 164 semi-detached villas, 97 detached villas, and 474 apartment units, providing housing for approximately 4,000 residents.

The project was groundbroken on April 12, 2026, and is expected to be completed within 7 years.
