The Phuc Yen Industrial Park project is located in Phuc Yen Ward, Phu Tho Province, developed by a consortium of Vinh Phuc International Industrial Park – Services Joint Stock Company (VISIZ) and SHINEC Joint Stock Company as the Developers, with a total investment of approximately VND 1,988 billion (around USD 80 million).

The project is implemented on a site area of approximately 111.33 hectares, comprising integrated industrial park infrastructure to provide industrial land for high-tech manufacturing.

The project was groundbroken on April 9, 2026, and is expected to be implemented in phases, with infrastructure development completed during 2026–2027.
